Accounts can be created, though will require an account level to receive certain amount of virtual points.
This virtual points exist to prevent abuse to the servers.

Account levels in detail

  • L1: 1/month free virtual credits.
  • L2: 5/month free virtual credits.
  • L3: 10/month free virtual credits.
  • L4: 20/month free virtual credits.
  • L5: 30/month free virtual credits.

These credits are your quota. If you have less, you will get the remaining quota. If you have more, no additional credits will be provided.

If you are currently a standard user, you will be switched to L2.
Trusted users will be switched to L3 and event organisers will be switched to L4.
